Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Customer Care Specialist in Mesa, AZ to support client programs by processing requests, reviewing cases, and maintaining records with accuracy and speed. This role demands attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload in a process-driven environment.

The position offers flexibility to work in an office or remote setting, with a standard Mon–Fri schedule and the stated pay rate of $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required or equivalent.
• 1+ years data entry, admin, processing, or customer support preferred.
• Finger print screening and drug/background checks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply client-specific rules, policies, and statutes.
• Process high volume requests accurately within SLAs.
• Review, update and process cases across internal platforms.
• Handle delinquent cases and support service functions.
• Maintain records of actions, services and issues resolved.
• Investigate issues and collaborate with internal teams.
