Job summary

Talentify in Sun City, AZ is hiring a Customer Support Representative to help customers, resolve questions, and support data entry tasks. Pay is $18-19 per hour; hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. This is a temp-to-hire position located in Sun City.

The role requires a professional, detail‑oriented approach and the ability to use multiple computer applications. You will answer calls, research issues, maintain accurate records, and strive for first‑call resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; call center experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.
• Ability to navigate multiple applications and Excel.
• Typing speed at least 30 words per minute.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide fast, friendly, and professional assistance.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and escalations.
• Work toward resolving customer issues on the first call whenever possible.
• Complete Excel, data entry, and other data-related tasks.
• Use available tools and resources to research and resolve customer issues accurately.
• Maintain accurate customer and data records.
• Develop knowledge of products, processes, and services.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Meet performance expectations for quality, efficiency, attendance, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
