Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Familiarity with general ledgers.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of AgilLink is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Handle cash receipts and payroll tasks.
• Prepare journal entries and general ledger analysis.
