RunSwitch PR in Louisville, KY is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to support daily accounting, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close. You will work with our Business Manager to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in bookkeeping or accounting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines in a professional services environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare client invoices and monitor outstanding receivables
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Track client, project, and reimbursable expenses
• Process employee expense reimbursements
• Maintain vendor records and assist with W-9s and 1099s
• Record and reconcile payroll activity
• Maintain an accurate general ledger
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Support cash flow tracking and reporting
• Identify discrepancies and help improve accounting processes and controls
