NW Baths in Hobart, Indiana, seeks a detailed Bookkeeper / Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team. The role handles invoicing, payments, and reconciliations in a fast-paced, confidential environment at our Hobart location.

Ideal candidates have experience in bookkeeping and AR/AP, proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel, and an associate degree in accounting or related field.

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration experience.
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and collect outstanding customer balances.
• Process accounts payable, invoices, and vendor payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
• Record daily financial transactions and maintain records.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices.
• Monitor payment schedules and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain vendor files and payment records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end reporting.
• Generate financial reports for management.
• Maintain organized filing systems.
• Support payroll and other accounting tasks as needed.
