Wisler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable and support general accounting. You will assist with reconciliations, monthly reporting, and cash-flow accuracy, using Excel and accounting software.

The role reports to the Accounting Manager and requires strong organizational skills. Ideal candidates have experience with AR processes, solid communication abilities, and an Associate degree in Accounting or higher.

Formación

• Understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Experience with AR: invoicing, payments, collections, and aging.
• Detail oriented with ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; QuickBooks Online and ServiceTitan a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with leadership and teams.
• Associates degree in accounting or higher preferred.
