Job summary

Unplugged Performance INC. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support accounting and purchasing in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on accurate, supported invoicing and a robust three-way matching process with PO, POD, and vendor invoices.

You will also track drop-ship orders from placement through delivery and reconcile activity across ERP and accounting systems. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adept at researching discrepancies, and committed to following through

Qualifications

2+ years of accounts payable or related experience.
Experience processing and reconciling vendor invoices.
Understanding of PO, POD, and invoice matching.
Comfortable with multiple software systems and data comparisons.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Perform three-way matching of PO, POD, and vendor invoices before payment.
Verify quantities, pricing, part numbers, and charges across documents.
Confirm goods/services received before processing invoices for payment.
Investigate discrepancies and resolve with cross-functional teams.
Track drop-ship orders from placement to customer delivery and reconcile related activity.
Enter and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
Assist with month-end AP reconciliation and closing activities.
