You’ll manage daily reconciliation, vendor setup, and senior sales support, while ensuring accurate financial documentation and timely project coordination. This role emphasizes accuracy, urgency, and proactive problem solving in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of bookkeeping, accounting clerk, AP/AR, or similar experience.
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with financial transactions, reconciliations, invoices, and documentation.
• Takes ownership, anticipates next steps, solves problems, and drives work to completion with urgency.
• QuickBooks Online experience required; familiar with multiple systems; Dext, CRM/POS, or similar software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily reconciliation, QuickBooks transaction entry, check deposits, AMEX/Dext reconciliation, vendor invoice entry, PO verification, AP check-run preparation, customer billing, payment application, and AR follow-up.
