Responsibilities

• Process daily accounts payable, verify approvals and coding, and enter in QuickBooks.
• Process vendor invoices and set up new suppliers; issue checks and ensure timely payments.
• Assist in researching invoices and correcting discrepancies.
• Maintain organized A/P files and support month-end closing.
• Handle full cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable duties.
• Assist with month-end closing and bank reconciliations for multiple locations.
