Job summary

FASTSIGNS International. Inc is seeking a detail‑oriented accounting paraprofessional to support accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, and vendor management. You’ll own daily reconciliation, QuickBooks data entry, and assist senior teams in project coordination.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of bookkeeping experience, QuickBooks Online, and strong organizational skills. Work in a fast-paced office with room for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of bookkeeping, accounting clerk, AP/AR, or similar experience.
• Strong attention to detail with financial transactions, reconciliations, invoices and documentation.
• Takes ownership, anticipates next steps, solves problems, and follows through with urgency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accounting & reconciliation: daily reconciliation, QuickBooks entry, deposits, vendor invoices, AP/AR tasks, and billing.
• Vendor & compliance management: set up vendors, manage W-9s, COIs, and vendor contracts.
• Senior sales support: assist with estimates, proposals, procurement, permits, shipping, site surveys, and project logistics.
