Job summary

You will call customers to verify information, manage quotes, and handle special accounts in a fast-paced environment, ensuring precise order entry and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Computer literacy and ability to work with technology.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to follow detailed but not overly complex instructions.
• Strong proofreading and grammar skills.

Responsibilities

• Route orders to the Order Processing Department.
• Process orders with necessary information to meet customer specifications.
• Review orders for pricing, spelling, and accuracy.
• Contact customers to confirm missing or additional information (quantity, ink color).
• Prepare and submit order jackets to QA.
• Answer calls about orders and item availability.
• Enter quote requests into the system and email quotations.
• Compute prices, discounts, and shipping charges for orders and quotes.
• Retrieve and process quote requests from queue or route to appropriate area.
• Outsource orders to vendors and follow up on orders (confirmation, shipping charges, tracking, invoicing).
• Handle special accounts and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
