Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of customer service and/or data entry experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and maintain purchase orders (POs) and revisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve order questions and discrepancies.
• Schedule orders based on production capacity, staffing, and business priorities.
• Maintain accurate production schedules and provide updates on order status.
• Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams by phone, email, and chat.
• Support the production team and Senior Order Processor as needed
