Responsibilities

• Data entry of new loans, disbursements, payments, and payoffs.
• Maintain and process real estate loan escrow transactions and accounts.
• Verify accurate loan input and maintenance.
• Prepare and assemble loan documentation.
• Process extension and deferral agreements.
• Verify accuracy and compliance of loan documentation.
• Monitor insurance coverage on loan collateral.
• File, archive, retrieve and monitor loan documents.
• Ensure lien position through recording liens and collateral perfection.
• Respond to credit inquiries and prepare reports.
• Answer inquiries and assist customers to improve service.
• Back-up and assist other loan operations personnel.
