Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently from order entry through shipment.
• Follow customer-specific requirements, including pricing, shipping, minimum/maximum quantities, packaging, labeling, and routing.
• Review orders for errors and missing information before processing.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales team and warehouse to ensure on-time processing and shipping.
• Monitor customer portals for new orders and updates that affect fulfillment.
• Research and resolve order discrepancies and customer-specific issues.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments when clarification is needed.
• Identify potential problems before they affect orders or customer service.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow tasks through to completion.
