Job summary

Credit Union 1 is seeking a DMV Representative to manage the titling process for collateralized vehicle loans at our Anchorage headquarters. You will communicate with members, dealers and third parties to ensure accurate title work and lien placement, while maintaining timely documentation and updates.

This on-site role requires detail orientation, strong organizational skills and excellent communication to meet deadlines in a service-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, including computer use and direct customer interaction.
• At least 1 year of loan administration experience preferred.
• Must have valid State of Alaska ID or Driver’s license for DMV Terminal certification.
• Strong clerical, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receives titles from dealers and releases checks; keep accurate log.
• Communicate with members, dealers and third parties to complete title work.
• Update account information promptly and accurately.
• Maintain courteous written, in person and phone communications.
• Skip trace and research accounts to obtain signatures and lien on collateral.
• Process titles, close loan files and release liens in a timely manner.
• Process monthly title audits and DMV packets at the DMV terminal.
