Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union in Sandy, UT seeks a Title Support Specialist to assist with the titling process and support loan officers. You will provide quality member service across channels and coordinate with DMV offices to ensure timely title processing.

The role requires 1–3 years' related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with 10-key, typing, Windows, and Microsoft Office. Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with 10-key, typing 35 wpm and basic Windows navigation.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Effective communication with team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to credit union members to assist with the titling process.
• Adhere to call handling and quality review procedures.
• Assist loan officers in perfecting titles on auto, boat, and RV loans.
• Promote and maintain partnerships with branches and member service teams.
• Serve as liaison with state/county DMV to obtain titles and process paperwork.
• Maintain knowledge of DMV fees/forms for proper processing.
• Record title notes on member accounts and file paperwork accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
