Job summary

CFS in Illinois is seeking a Billing Specialist to own end-to-end billing and accounting processes across AR, AP, and financial operations. You will process invoices, reconcile accounts, and support ERP-driven improvements.

Collaboration with customers, vendors, sales, and internal teams helps resolve issues and drive profitability. Proficiency with Epicor Eclipse and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a related accounting function.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software; Epicor Eclipse experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of billing, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile vendor invoices, customer payments, rebates, and account transactions.
• Review and resolve billing, pricing, payment, and account discrepancies with customers and vendors.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging, follow up on outstanding balances, and support collection efforts.
• Maintain accurate vendor, customer, and financial records within the ERP system.
• Support monthly reconciliations and collaborate with internal teams to improve billing and accounting processes.
