Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Two+ years of accounting or related experience preferred; ERP experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to work with complex spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly billing, recurring invoices, and apply rate/quantity changes.
• Process non-recurring billing including shipping, travel, and services.
• Process accounts payable with proper approvals and documentation.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns and remittance.
• Complete month-end reconciliations and closing procedures.
• Manage AP/AR, daily sales, deposits, and bank reconciliations for related entities.
• Maintain accurate records and continuously improve processes.
• Provide back-up support to team as needed.
