You will handle accounts payable, credit-card transactions, deposits, reconciliations, and audit support, ensuring accurate, confidential records. Ideal candidates have accounting or bookkeeping experience, proficiency in Excel, familiarity with accounting software, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support CFO and Accounting team in financial operations.
• Process accounts payable vouchers and checks accurately and timely.
• Enter and reconcile credit-card transactions and statements.
• Assist with bank deposits and cash receipts.
• Assist with account reconciliations and discrepancies.
• Support annual external audit with documentation.
• Maintain confidential financial records and perform related duties.
