Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of five years in tourism, hospitality, customer service, or event coordination.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage destination services for group visitors, meetings, and events.
• Coordinate services and logistics between Visit Sandy Springs, clients, and vendors.
• Track inbound referrals and service requests using CRM software.
• Assist with transportation planning and onsite logistics for groups.
• Attend trade shows and events to represent Visit Sandy Springs.
