The Denton Destination Management Organization is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead Discover Denton's digital presence, campaigns, and audience engagement. You will oversee the website, CMS/CRM systems, email marketing, social media, and content distribution to support tourism growth and destination awareness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
Minimum two years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
Experience in a DMO/DMO or tourism industry preferred.
Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Website & CMS/CRM management and content updates for Discover Denton.
Plan and execute digital advertising, email campaigns, and newsletters.
Oversee social media planning, scheduling, publishing, and engagement.
Coordinate content distribution and digital partner opportunities.
Track analytics and provide reporting and optimization recommendations.
