The role focuses on front-end activity: crafting attractive listings, marketing homes, generating inbound leads, and ensuring prompt follow-up. Requires experience in digital marketing, strong written communication, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing, social media, online listings, lead generation, or customer-facing sales.
Strong written communication and ability to create appealing property listings.
Strong phone, text, and follow-up skills.
Ability to convert inbound interest into scheduled appointments.
Excellent organization and time-management; comfortable using a CRM.

Responsibilities

Photograph available homes and create attractive online listings.
Post and maintain listings across Facebook Marketplace and other digital platforms.
Generate leads through social media, online marketing, referrals, and community outreach.
Respond quickly to inbound calls, texts, messages, and online inquiries.
Qualify prospective buyers and schedule property tours.
Maintain knowledge of available inventory and match prospects with homes.
Manage follow-up and keep the lead pipeline organized in the CRM.
Coordinate qualified leads with the sales team for a smooth handoff.
Track which listings and marketing efforts generate the most interest.
Ensure marketing follows Fair Housing requirements and company policies.
