ManpowerGroup is seeking Food Production Line Workers to join its dessert production team in Aurora, CO. This role requires reliability, focus in a fast-paced environment, good teamwork, and the ability to read and follow detailed instructions.

Shift options include 1st shift 3:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3rd shift 3:00 PM–3:00 AM, with overtime opportunities. You will build and package dessert products, meet daily production goals, keep a clean area, report issues promptly, and follow GMP.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Capable of reading/writing in English or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Build and package dessert products according to detailed work instructions.
• Meet daily production goals within the designated timeframes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report product waste and any production issues to supervisors promptly.
