Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking an entry-level Food Production Line Worker in Aurora to help build delicious desserts with GMP standards and a fast-paced team. You will follow clear instructions to assemble desserts, meet daily goals, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

No prior experience required; we provide training on GMP, SQF, HACCP and safety rules. You will contribute to a safe, collaborative environment while advancing in a growing company that values quality and teamwork across

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.
• Able to read or write in English or Spanish.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to keep everything safe and clean
• Build desserts according to clear instructions
• Meet production goals within the required time
• Maintain a tidy and clean organized work area
• Follow dress code & personal hygiene rules
• Report waste or any time you step off the line
• Protect food quality and safety throughout your shift
• Learn safety systems like SQF, HACCP, and GMP (training provided!)
• Follow company policies and assist with other tasks as needed
