Job summary

Kith Treats in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Part-Time Treats Counter Associate to be the face of the shop. You will deliver a first-in-class experience to customers and craft beautifully assembled desserts, with a focus on presentation and quality.

Responsibilities include exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and adhering to Food & Safety policies while working evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a food/beverage position; 1+ year in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Valid Food Handler License or Certificate.
• Ability to perform business math and handle cash accurately.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience at Treats Counter.
• Plate and present desserts with practiced techniques.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Manage inventory during lulls to stay prepared.
• Follow Food & Safety processes and scheduling requirements.
• Assist with housekeeping and special merchandising projects.
