Job summary

Kith Treats is seeking a Bar Associate for the Kith Women's Cafe. You will prepare high-quality food items and deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with MOD to ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency across shifts.

The role requires strong urgency, attention to detail, flexibility, and a passion for hospitality, with on-site work across multiple daily shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Food & Beverage industry.
• 6+ months using industrial kitchen equipment.
• Valid Food Handler License or ServSafe certification.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Execute opening, mid, and closing duties with urgency and accuracy.
• Monitor orders and maintain service speed and quality.
• Follow direction from MOD and management team.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and well-presented.
