Job summary

Kith Treats Miami is seeking a Counter Associate to be the face of the shop, delivering a first-class experience with beautifully prepared desserts. You will handle cash, maintain cleanliness, and support inventory and presentation efforts.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in food/beverage, at least 1 year in customer-facing roles, and holds a ServSafe or Food Handler certificate. Open availability including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional experience to every Treats customer and craft visually appealing desserts.
• Master plating and presentation techniques for each creation.
• Clean and maintain industrial kitchen equipment.
• Manage inventory levels during downtime between customers to stay prepared.
• Apply the iconic “Swirl” to desserts and stay updated on activations and brand partnerships.
• Adhere to food safety processes and company policies.
• Assist the Shops Management team with housekeeping and standard operations tasks.

Position Summary

The Kith - Treats Counter Associate is the face of the Kith Treats shop. They are personable, friendly, and focused on delivering a first‑in‑class experience to all Kith‑Treats customers. They are passionate about desserts and committed to delivering a best‑in‑class experience capped off with a beautifully assembled TREAT.

Responsibilities

• Continuously provide an exceptional experience for each Treats customer, culminating in a visually captivating and delicious dessert.
• Practice and master the plating and presentation techniques used on each creation.
• Clean and maintain industrial kitchen equipment.
• Use time between customers to manage inventory levels to ensure we are always prepared.
• Apply our iconic “Swirl” to our sought‑after desserts.
• Proactively communicate inventory needs with management.
• Remain updated on all company activations and brand partnerships.
• Adhere to all company processes, policies, and procedures.
• Follow all Food & Safety processes, policies, and procedures.
• Adhere to the availability and scheduling needs of the business.
• Assist the Shops Management team with housekeeping responsibilities, including dusting, sweeping, collecting trash, and other standard food & beverage operations tasks.

Special Projects

• Participate and assist in Physical Inventories as required by the business.
• Assist the Merchandising team during visual initiatives as required by the business.

Requirements

Availability

Open and flexible availability, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Must consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases, or as the business requires.

License(s)/Certificate(s)

Valid ServSafe or Food Handler's Certificate or equivalent.

Experience

1‑2 years in a food or beverage position. 1+ year in a customer‑facing role preferred. 1+ year of cash handling preferred.
