Job summary

Kith is seeking a Treats Counter Associate for the Miami Design District store. You will be the friendly face delivering a first-in-class dessert experience and handling daily cash and customer service.

Role emphasizes dessert plating, product presentation, and teamwork with the Shops Management to ensure clean operations and timely inventory as the brand grows. This on-site role requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, and a ServSafe or Food Handler's certificate is

Qualifications

• Valid ServSafe or Food Handler's Certificate.
• 1-2 years in a food/beverage position.
• 1+ years in a customer facing position is preferred.
• 1+ years of cash handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional experience for Treats customers with visually captivating desserts.
• Master plating and presentation techniques for each creation.
• Clean and maintain industrial kitchen equipment.
• Manage inventory levels during lulls to stay prepared.
• Apply the iconic “Swirl” to desserts.
• Communicate inventory needs with management.
• Stay updated on activations and brand partnerships.
• Follow all company processes, policies, and safety procedures.
• Support scheduling and business needs.
• Assist housekeeping tasks as needed.

Compensation: $17.00-$19.00/hr + Commission(s)* & Tip eligibility

Position Summary

The Kith - Treats Counter Associate is the face of the Kith Treats shop. They are personable, friendly, and focused on delivering a first in class experience to all new and returning Kith‑Treats customers. They are passionate about desserts and committed to delivering a best‑in‑class experience capped off with a beautifully assembled TREAT!

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Continuously providing an exceptional experience for each of our Treats customers, capped off with a visually captivating and equally delicious dessert.
• Practicing and mastering the plating & presentation techniques used on each one of our creations.
• Clean and maintain industrial kitchen equipment.
• Using time between customers to manage inventory levels, to ensure we are always prepared.
• Applying our iconic “Swirl” to our highly sought‑after desserts.
• Proactively communicating inventory needs with management.
• Remaining updated on all company activations, as well as any brand partnerships.
• Adhere to all company processes, policies, and procedures.
• Follow all Food & Safety processes, policies, and procedures.
• Adhere to availability and scheduling needs of the business.
• Assist Shops Management team with housekeeping responsibilities, which include but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, collecting trash, and other tasks traditionally associated with standard food & beverage operations.

Special Projects

• Participate and assist in Physical Inventories as required by the business.
• Assist Merchandising team during visual initiatives as required by the business.

Requirements

Availability

• Open & flexible availability, including but not limited to evenings, overnights, and weekends as well as Holidays.
• Availability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases or as the business’ needs require.

License(s)/Certificate(s)

• Valid ServSafe or Food Handler's Certificate or equivalent.

Experience

• 1-2 years in a food/beverage position
• 1+ years in a customer facing position is preferred
• 1+ years of cash handling is preferred
