Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and end-user support for Windows 10/11 workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-access issues.
• Support Active Directory administration, including password resets and account management.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 applications, Outlook, Teams, and related productivity tools.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows devices and workstations.
• Troubleshoot basic networking issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity.
• Document incidents, track service tickets, and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and responsive technical support to end users.

• Document incidents, track service tickets, and escalad more complex issues when needed.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in desktop support, help desk, or IT technical support.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals and PC hardware.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and standard IT support processes.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently while knowing when to escalation issues.

Nice to Have: Experience in managed services (MSP) environments, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, or Windows device imaging and deployment.
