Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Level 2 Helpdesk Technician.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Mac OS.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365, Azure AD and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Infoblox, Wi‑Fi Technologies and Proofpoint.
• Excellent troubleshooting and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor and respond to tickets on ServiceNow platform.
• Perform desktop, laptop, and mobile device support for Windows and Mac OS.
• Manage Active Directory user accounts and permissions.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate's in Information Technology or related field is a plus
