Job summary

STI in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for an onsite, long-term role. The position focuses on upgrading systems to Windows 11, imaging devices, installing software upgrades, and setting up automatic updates.

You will also configure and rollout new devices to replace end-of-life equipment. Responsibilities include hardware inventory, imaging, software installs, Windows 11 upgrades, and user migration, with troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software as needed.
