Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT) seeks a SCITLS Power Platform User Support professional to support Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint for USSTRATCOM. You will work as a critical link with system administrators to ensure reliable IT services and user solutions.

This is an on-site, day-shift role at Offutt AFB in Nebraska. Relocation assistance is available; US citizenship and Top Secret/SCI eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, or Microsoft SharePoint
• Experience providing support and assisting with issues.
• Experience supporting users, including troubleshooting, onboarding, and training.
• Ability to collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical issues into clear, actionable guidance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must possess or be able to obtain within 9 months of start: ITIL® 4 or 5: IT Service Management (ITSM) Certification
• Must possess or be able to obtain within 30 days of start: CompTia Security+
• Must possess Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
• US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Provides user support to assist system administrators.
• Creates and maintains various collaboration and data solutions.
• Successfully responds to user requests for assistance.
• Collaborates on architecture upgrades and consolidations.
• Interfaces with internal and external program staff to provide access to program data via collaboration tools.
• Assists with external account requests and access issues.
• Analyzes user requests and incidents to determine level of complexity and the priority.
• Identifies and implements resolutions.
