Datafin IT Recruitment is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical assistance, maintain IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operation of hardware, software and network systems in Texas. You will troubleshoot, configure and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, printers and network devices, while delivering professional user support and excellent service delivery.

A valid driver’s licence is required for local travel.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant IT support experience.
• CompTIA A+, Network+ or an IT diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, PC hardware and networking.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Proficiency in English and/or Afrikaans.
