TEKsystems in Dallas, TX is seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Technician to provide Tier 1/2 technical support in a fast-paced operations environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, image and deploy computers, handle password resets, printer setup, and user accounts, and create and manage support tickets while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Desktop Support, Help Desk, or PC Technician experience.
• Break/fix troubleshooting skills.
• Hardware & software support.
• Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Computer imaging, password resets, and printer support.
• Hardware swaps (PCs, monitors, keyboards, peripherals).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
