Job summary

NTT DATA North America seeks a Desktop Services Technician for the Englewood, CO area to support CommonSpirit Health engagements. Responsibilities include imaging devices, prepping shipments, and helping remote users with initial login access, all delivered with courteous, professional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Windows PC technical experience.
• 1+ year of solid customer service communications.
• High School diploma required; Associate degree or technical institute degree/certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Imaging desktop and laptop PC workstations.
• Packing and shipping desktops and laptops to remote new users.
• Assist remote new users with initial login access to new devices; interact courteously and professionally.
• Ensure new devices are logged and tracked in the asset management system.
