Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an IT End User Services Technician (FSO Level) to support CommonSpirit Health engagements in the US. You will image desktop and laptop workstations, pack and ship devices to remote new users, and assist new users with initial login access while maintaining courteous, professional communication.

Responsibilities include ensuring devices are logged and tracked in the asset management system, enabling smooth onboarding and reliable endpoint support within a large, global technology

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Windows PC technical experience.
• 1+ year of solid customer service communications.
• Degree: High School diploma required. Associate degree or technical institute degree/certificate preferred.

Day to Day Job Duties

• Imaging desktop and laptop PC workstations.
• Packing and Shipping desktop and laptop PC workstations to remote new users.
• Assist remote new users with initial login access to new devices. Interact with the customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ensure new devices are accurately logged and tracked in the asset management system.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+year of Windows PC technical experience.
• 1+ year of solid customer service communications.
• Degree: High School diploma required. Associate degree or technical institute degree/certificate preferred.

Nice to Have Qualifications

• Knowledge of Google Suite & Microsoft Office tools are a plus.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $20-$23.50/hour. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
