Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join a collaborative team supporting employees across the organization. You will handle walk-up requests, phone support, Teams chats, and ticketing to resolve hardware and software issues quickly and professionally.

In this role, you will set up equipment and user accounts for new hires, assist with password resets, troubleshoot Windows systems, and document resolutions to improve self-help resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop and end-user support.

• Strong Windows troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and end-user issues.
