Roles & Responsibilities

• Provides client-facing support, including installation, servicing, and repairing systems.
• Performs quality checks on operational status of system equipment before deployment.
• Resolves customer issues related to hardware installation, repair, upgrade, and maintenance.
• Refers issues to the appropriate personnel or service areas for follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive support experience
• Hardware/software installation, support, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Windows 10
• Proficiency with MS Office and OS365
• Configuring new PCs/notebooks via SCCM imaging
• Ticket management experience
• Familiarity with iOS devices
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
