Job description

*Description*
Client needs support for ongoing IT, network, and site security technology and infrastructure. This role will maintain service quality, meet agency performance standards, and support ongoing mission-critical operations.
The following services will be provided through this role:
* Site tech-support o Any issues and concerns are currently addressed within 24 hrs.
* Field Operations: Break Fix (laptops, printers, badging solutions, etc)
o Field Ops Support
o Asset and Inventory Management
o Hardware Support and Maintenance (imaging and updates)
o All customer requests and incident response o VMS Management
o Hardware Logistics from site-to-site support.

* Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in varied field environments.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to remote or emergency sites as needed.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments.
* Comfortable working independently and in high-pressure scenarios.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $73.00/hr.
