Job summary

GTN Solutions is seeking an IT Support professional for a 12+ month contract. Role is fully onsite with travel to Hobbs, NM and Abilene, TX; mileage reimbursed. You will perform IMACs, monitor inventory, conduct preventive maintenance, and provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, and phones.

Position requires 3+ years in enterprise environments, strong English communication, and knowledge of O365, Win10, SCCM, Trend Micro. A+ certification and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an enterprise environment.
• Basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
• Must be customer-facing with strong English skills, written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of Networking fundamentals/protocols (DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN).
• Ability to test hardware and peripherals and replace parts and components.

Responsibilities
