Job Details:
As a Consulting Desktop Support Technician, you will be an integral part of our Tech Services team, providing exceptional technical support for our clients. This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, meeting challenges head-on with innovative solutions. You'll be the go-to person for resolving complex technical issues, ensuring our clients can continue their day-to-day operations seamlessly. If you are passionate about technology, customer service, and problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-rate technical support to all staff, ensuring that their IT issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, including operating systems (Windows 10), applications, and network connectivity.
  • Manage and maintain the ticketing system (Footprints) and time management system (Kronos), ensuring all issues are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to optimize the efficiency and security of the system.
  • Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to manage and execute IT projects.
  • Provide training and support to end-users for IT applications and hardware.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in IT technology and maintain up-to-date knowledge of COMPTIA.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role in the Tech Services industry.
  • Proven experience with Kronos, Footprints, Windows 10, and COMPTIA.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and IT security.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality technical support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
