The Desktop Support Technician will perform managed client services such as IMAC, Break Fix, Desk Side Support, etc., combining technical skills with excellent customer service.

This role requires working onsite at the client's office during the following hours:

  • Monday & Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday 6 AM to 6 PM

This position requires full vaccination (flu and COVID) prior to start, where legally mandated.

Responsibilities include:

  • Migrating workstations, laptops, and tablets from Windows 7 to Windows 10 in healthcare environments.
  • Installing, configuring, troubleshooting desktops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Maintaining and optimizing desktop/notebook configurations.
  • Diagnosing and resolving product performance issues.
  • Performing maintenance and repairs.
  • Working under general direction, seeking assistance as needed.
  • Completing work according to field practices.
  • Establishing approaches for assignments and independently gathering information.
  • Adapting to shifting priorities and accepting responsibility for actions.
  • Supporting project milestones and commitments.
  • Instructing customers on system operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of desktop/technical support experience.
  • A+ Certification.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS environment.
  • Ability to follow technical instructions and scripts.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move hardware.
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Networking, imaging, deployment experience.
  • Self-motivated and reliable.
  • Personal vehicle is required.

The pay range is $26.68 - $31.39/hour, depending on experience and skills. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
