Required Skills & Experience

• 2 years of related desktop and/or deskside support experience
• Solid understanding of IT services and products, including software, hardware, and network troubleshooting, PC imaging, deployment, and IMAC experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• A+ Certification is a plus

What You Will Be Doing

• Maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals
• Documenting, maintaining, upgrading, or replacing hardware and software systems
• Supporting and maintaining user account information, including rights, security, and system groups
• Training employees, diagnosing, and repairing product failures, and ordering/replacing parts as needed
• Resolving network connection issues and tracking connections back to switches
• Escalating unresolved problems to higher support levels
• Representing the client professionally and communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
• Responding to routine technical questions and requests for information from customers
