Job summary

CEdge Inc. seeks an Intermediate Helpdesk Support Services Specialist (Tier II) to provide on-site IT support at Scott AFB, IL.

The role requires a Secret clearance and involves troubleshooting workstation and peripheral issues, building a knowledge database, and delivering monthly reports on resolutions. The contractor will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop platforms, perform imaging/setup/installations, and replace workstations and peripherals for both NIPRNET and SIPRNET

Qualifications

• On-site support for DoD networks and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Help Desk support for SDDC OIS NIPRNET and SIPRNET customers.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, diagnose, and resolve workstation and peripheral problems per approved baseline configurations.
• Establish and maintain a knowledge database of problem resolutions for BDE, BN, and DET Level customers.
• Deliver a monthly copy of the knowledge database by the 10th business day of the following month.
• Perform workstation imaging/setup/installations and replacement of workstations and peripherals for NIPRNET and SIPRNET.

The contractor shall provide on-site support for SDDC’s OIS NIPRNET and SIPRNET customers.

Help Desk support shall include troubleshooting analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of workstation and peripheral problems IAW approved baseline configurations.

The contractor shall establish and maintain a knowledge database of problem resolutions related to service requests and inquiries by SDDC BDE, BN, and DET Level customers.

The contractor shall provide the Government a copy of the database monthly.

Deliverable: Provide the required Knowledge Database (BDE, BN, and Det Level) identifying the problem and the resolution by the 10th business day of the following month.

Needed:

Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop platforms. Workstation upgrades, new workstation imaging/setup/installations, and replacement of workstations and peripherals. The contractor shall perform troubleshooting analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of workstation and peripheral hardware and software problems IAW approved baseline configurations for both NIPRNET and SIPRNET.

Required certification : IAT II, CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, SSCP
