Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; 3 years of IT experience preferred
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software in a Windows domain environment
• Familiarity with HIPAA confidentiality requirements in medical settings

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots common hardware/software issues
• Assist with Electronic Health Records Reporting
• Set up email accounts and assign passwords
• Install and set up new computers and printers
• Assist in maintaining servers and monitoring backup process
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment and supplies
• Provide customer-focused technical assistance to staff
