Job summary

Brentwood Bank is seeking a Desktop Administrator I to provide tier-1 IT support across 8 locations in the Pittsburgh region, with in-person time split between Wexford, PA and Bethel Park, PA. You will respond to internal tickets, manage OS images, software distribution, and endpoint patching while ensuring security policy compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a service desk or desktop support role and strong communication skills, with an associate degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required (bachelor’s preferred) or 3+ years professional IT experience in lieu of education.
• 1–3 years IT service desk/desktop support experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work with non-IT staff.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and address internal tickets for Brentwood Bank employees.
• Manage expectations and provide timely communication.
• Assist in creating master OS images and desktop standardization.
• Coordinate with end-users and desktop support to deliver customer-focused support.
• Support automated software distributions and endpoint patching.
• Collaborate with Facilities for ticket management and related issues.
