Job summary

ALLLINESTECHNOLOGY is seeking a Desktop Administrator I to provide tier-one support for desktop hardware, software, and end-user assistance across 8 locations in the Pittsburgh area. The role involves imaging, software distribution, and coordinating with IT and Facilities to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a related field (bachelor’s preferred) or 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to split time

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science, information technology or related field, or 3+ years of experience in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and address internal tickets.
• Manage user expectations with timely communication.
• Assist in device lifecycle management and OS imaging.
• Coordinate with end-users and desktop team for support.
• Assist Inventory Management with documentation and end-user sign-off.
• Ensure assets adhere to Information Security policy.
• Assist in automated software distributions and patching.
• Collaborate with IT and Facilities teams on tickets and issues.
• May be required to work evenings and Saturdays.
