Job summary

Quadrant IQ Solutions LLC is seeking a deskside technician to support and maintain our desktop computing environment. You will troubleshoot issues across desktop applications, networks, and peripherals, install and configure hardware and software, and diagnose and repair end-user system faults.

You will also support network devices, implement virus detection procedures, and provide dependable end-user assistance with a focus on customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• End-user support experience (in person, phone, or email).
• Ability to troubleshoot desktop applications, network connectivity, and hardware peripherals.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside support and maintenance for desktop computing environment.
• Troubleshoot service requests for desktop apps, network, hardware and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
• Diagnose and repair end-user system failures and printer issues.
• Support network devices to ensure connectivity and resolve issues.
