This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and end user issues while ensuring a positive support experience for employees across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, a customer first mindset, and the ability to effectively manage support requests in a team oriented environment.
