BNY is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for a 12-month contract at our Ross Street office in Pittsburgh, delivering hands-on IT support to internal users. You will handle desktop/laptop issues, hardware refreshes, OS installations, and end-user training with a focus on service quality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT support, strong communication, and experience imaging devices. Preference for ServiceNow users and Mac OS knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Imaging laptops and desktop systems.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software.
• Strong desktop hardware knowledge and workstation support.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support for desktop and laptop issues.
• Perform hardware deployments and refreshes.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot OS and applications.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused support and training.
